Frequently asked questions
Yes, through number porting or a SIP trunk connected to your existing carrier.
Yes: each employee uses their business number from the mobile app or their PC, wherever they are.
3CX is a feature-rich software PBX with strong collaboration tools, hosted or on premises. Yeastar P-Series is a robust appliance that is simple to administer. Grandstream UCM is an on-premise IP PBX with built-in analogue ports. The choice depends on your usage and infrastructure.
Yes: in Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Fez and other Moroccan cities, as well as for sites in Africa and Europe. Configuration and support are largely remote, with on-site visits when needed.
Start from your usage rather than the hardware: number of users and concurrent calls, sites and remote workers, a greeting with IVR or call queues, recording and statistics, CRM integration. Then decide between a hosted phone system, with no machine to maintain, or an on-premise one. We compare 3CX, Yeastar and Grandstream on these criteria during the free initial audit, then quote the chosen solution with handsets, SIP trunk and support.
We first inventory the lines, numbers, handsets and call-handling rules of the old PBX, then design the new numbering plan. Numbers are kept through porting or a gateway, and analogue phones you want to keep connect through FXS ports. Old and new systems run side by side for a few days, the cutover is scheduled outside peak hours and users are trained before go-live. Support takes over afterwards.
Agents are often out on viewings: the mobile app lets them make and take calls with the agency number, without sharing their personal number. An IVR routes callers to sales, rentals or property management, missed calls are logged so they can be returned, and CRM integration shows the prospect record as soon as they call. Several agencies can share one phone system, in Casablanca and other Moroccan cities.
