Hospitality & restaurants

IT that handles peak season and stays invisible to your guests.

In a hotel or restaurant, IT never stops: front desk, property management system (PMS), point-of-sale terminals, guest WiFi and room phones run around the clock. Slow WiFi ends up in online reviews, a frozen till on a Saturday night costs a whole service, and passports scanned at check-in are personal data you must protect.

We build an infrastructure designed for hospitality: guest WiFi isolated from the management network, secured PMS and POS, dual Internet access and a phone system that connects rooms, front desk and reservations. Our team monitors everything 24/7 and works around your seasonality, scheduling upgrades during the low season.

The challenges in your industry

01

Guest WiFi judged in online reviews

Rooms, terraces, pool and meeting rooms all need coverage. Slow or patchy WiFi quickly turns into a bad online review.

02

Front desk and tills that never stop

If the PMS, the Internet link or the tills go down, check-ins, check-outs and payments stop. A backup path must be ready to take over.

03

Guest data that must be protected

Passports, contact details and stay history fall under Morocco’s Law 09-08. A poorly isolated guest network puts the management network directly at risk.

04

Seasonality and staff turnover

Seasonal staff come and go, and computers are shared between shifts. Access rights must follow without leaving accounts open once people leave.

Frequently asked questions

How do you get good WiFi across an entire hotel?

It takes a room-by-room coverage survey, centrally managed professional access points and an Internet connection sized for peak occupancy. We also separate guest WiFi from the management network for security.

Which phone system suits a hotel or riad?

An IP phone system such as 3CX or Yeastar connects rooms, front desk and restaurant, with call forwarding to staff mobiles. It can integrate WhatsApp Business and an AI voice agent to handle booking requests.

What happens if the Internet goes down at the front desk?

We install dual Internet access, for example fibre plus 4G/5G, with automatic failover on the firewall. The front desk, PMS and tills keep working, and our 24/7 monitoring alerts our team in real time.

Are guests’ passport copies protected data?

Yes. Passport copies and guest contact details are personal data covered by Law 09-08 and overseen by the CNDP. Access must be limited, front desk computers secured and the data backed up.
