Odoo or Dolibarr for my SMB?
Dolibarr is ideal to start quickly at low cost; Odoo covers broader needs (manufacturing, e-commerce, HR) and grows with the company.
How long does an ERP deployment take?
Four to twelve weeks depending on scope: sales and invoicing first, then inventory, purchasing and accounting.
Can you import our Excel data?
Yes. Customers, products, price lists and history are cleaned and imported before go-live.
Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise: what is the difference?
Community is the open-source edition with no licence fee. Enterprise is licensed and adds, among others, the mobile app, Studio, payroll and version upgrades. We recommend one or the other after the free initial audit, based on your modules and budget.
Is Odoo ready for invoicing in Morocco?
Odoo has a Moroccan localisation, but it must be configured: currency, taxes validated by your accountant, ICE, IF and RC on documents, continuous numbering. We also follow the roll-out of e-invoicing in Morocco to adapt your templates.
Can you host Odoo for a company in Morocco?
Yes. We host and operate your Odoo instance in the cloud or on a server at your premises, depending on your confidentiality and performance requirements. Hosting includes daily backups, updates, a test environment, 24/7 monitoring and support from Casablanca. You remain the owner of your data and database, which you can retrieve at any time.
Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or Odoo hosted by an integrator: which to choose?
Odoo Online is the SaaS edition hosted by the vendor, simple but limited to standard Odoo Enterprise apps. Odoo.sh, also run by the vendor, accepts custom modules but requires development skills. Hosting managed by an integrator works with both Odoo Community and Enterprise, leaves you free to choose modules and where your data lives, with a contact in Morocco for operations. We advise you based on your scope.
